Alexandria Testani (she/her)

Registered Social Worker

Hi, I’m Alexandria,

Registered Social Worker.

I know that reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming, and I want you to know that you’re not alone in this. My approach is all about meeting you where you are—without judgment, pressure, or labels.

I’m a Registered Social Worker with a master’s degree, and I hold an undergraduate degree from the University of Waterloo in Social Development Studies, with additional work in Individual Well-Being and Peace and Conflict Studies. I’m registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW). For the past 12 years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals across different mental health areas and age groups.

All of this has shaped how I show up for people: with trust, safety, empathy, and choice at the core of everything I do. I believe that you are more than any diagnosis or struggle you’ve faced. Together, we’ll explore what feels true for you—beyond the boxes that others may have put you in. Whether you’re navigating a tough transition, processing grief, trying to understand how to support a diagnosis, or just trying to figure yourself out, I’m here to walk alongside you.

When I’m not in the therapy space, you can find me reading a good book, spending time with my daughter, watching her ride horses, cheering at sporting events, or dreaming about my next adventure.

If you’re thinking about therapy but feeling unsure, that’s okay. Let’s take it one step at a time, together.
