What Does Low-Cost Therapy Look Like?
Low-cost therapy at NMC follows the same client-centred approach as our other counselling services. Sessions with our MSW interns are provided under the supervision of experienced clinicians, with support tailored to your individual needs and goals.
Your therapist will work with you to understand what brings you to therapy, explore patterns and challenges, and develop strategies that support your wellbeing. Depending on your goals, therapy may include exploring emotions, building coping skills, improving relationships, navigating life transitions, or working through specific concerns.
Our interns are supported through regular supervision and consultation throughout their placement, ensuring you receive thoughtful, ethical, and professional care.
